iPublishCentral Reader (formerly iOffline) works on both PC and Mac. Disk requirements will vary based on the size of the title.

The top panel allows you to change your view of the book by clicking on one of its icons. Scrolling over the icons before clicking will initiate a pop-up burst indicating what that particular icon can change. These include:
Right click on content to which you want to add notes and choose "Add Notes" from the option list. You can check these notes in the "My notes" segment in your "My Folder" page.
All FPHC eBooks have sample pages available through ViewInside that users can see before purchasing. Click the View Inside button for a free preview.
Individuals can access their titles using the e-mail address and password they used to purchase. Institutions can access via IP address, referring URL, or e-mail address/password combinations. Once you have logged in, the “My Bookshelf” page will display the eBooks to which you have access. Clicking on the book cover will then open the eBook, making it accessible for you to view.
The top panel in the reader has the "Bookmark" option. Clicking on it will bookmark the page currently being viewed. You can check bookmarked pages in the "My Bookmarks" segment of your "My Folder" page.
Click on the "My Folder" link and choose the "Profile Setting" option; from the drop down list choose "Change Password," enter a new password and click "OK." Your password will be reset to the new password.
You can tag your eBooks by hovering over the cover image in the Bookshelf view. This allows you to easily find eBooks based on how you describe them in your own words.
Click on the sign-in link on the top right of the home page to get to the log-in screen. Type your user name and password into the correct fields on the log-in screen to log into your account.
You can share the preview ViewInside of titles several different ways. When viewing the ViewInside, you can click on the envelope in the upper right to e-mail it to someone, or you can click on the + sign to post the widget to a social networking site or to get the widget code to paste into your own Web site. You cannot share an entire purchased eBook.
Type a search term or phrase in the search text box and click on "Go" to search the eBook content. Choose Catalog to search the title, author, description, and other information about the eBooks, or Content to search the full text of the eBooks. You can search within an eBook, across the eBooks you own, or across the entire FPHC eBooks Website. Your search results will appear in a column on the right-hand side of the page. Specific search terms usually result in more targeted results. Note: The search option is disabled when viewing the book in the full-screen mode.
Due to the nature of the item,
and unlike printed versions of a book, e-books cannot be returned.
Once the ebook is purchased, the sale is considered to be
complete and final.
A charge will immediately appear on your bank statement under the name Impelsys for the purchase of your eBook(s) at http://ebooks.fphc-rcsed.org
The eBook is protected so that only 1 page can be printed at a time.
The
Print Option is available on the Top Right Hand corner of the
reader.
As per the FPHC eBooks policy, you will be able
to print the 100% of the eBook pages(one page at a time).

The iPublishCentral reader is a software program that, after a one time installation onto your computer, allows you to download, store, and read any book from the FPHC eBook Store when offline. The iPublishCentral Reader is built on Adobe Air, which will also be installed during the initial installation process.
Once you login to the eBook
site using your account you will notice a button “Download
iPublishCentral Reader”
Click on the download button
to go to installation page. Click on install button to set
up iPublishCentral reader
on your system.
Click the Login button on the upper right corner of the screen.
Select Normal User.
Note : iPublishCentral reader-An Adobe Air based application(formerly iOffline reader is for Personal computers only and not for tablets or other devices. Adobe AIR is available and supported for Windows 8 Desktop on x86-based computers. Adobe currently has no plans to support Adobe AIR for Windows 8 Modern UI applications or Windows Mobile.
In addition to zoom, reading and downloading, eBooks are fully searchable and users can annotate, bookmark and highlight them. Users can search for terms in a single book, across their purchased titles, or across the full site. Users can also print a limited number of pages.
You can copy the text from the reader and paste it on to any of the programs that accepts text.
The content can be copied only from a single page at a time.
